Shri Guru Geeta

Shri Guru Geeta

The Song of the Guru

Prelude

Once, within Naimisa forest, Suta sang a song of love. He left his body long ago. His power now resides in us.

Suta, we all remember you, even after five thousand years. Because of Swami Krishna Gautam, Sat-Guru, who brought us here.

Our dear beloved Sat-Guru, let me now try to touch your feet. It is so far, you are so tall, Dear Swamiji, please reach for me.

Please bring Goddess Saraswati, so she can help me write this song. So here, down in Australia, it can be known to everyone.

Shri Guru Geeta

Upon the peak of Mount Kailash, above the clouds, the air is thin, Lord Shiva, first of all the Gurus sits upon a tiger skin.

At His feet, Parvati kneels down, the Goddess who became His wife. She turns to Him, so lovingly, and speaks to Him, her eyes so bright:

I bow to You, Sada-Shiva, Eternal Greatest God I love. You've made all of my dreams come true. You're my beloved Sat-Guru.

You are Highest of the Highest, and You chose to be my husband too. You are the one who's right for me. Please, Swamiji, be my Guru.

You are one who truly knows. I touch Your feet, so warm and strong. Initiate me. Give me Deeksha. Show me how Moksha will come.

You are Guru to everyone. My Swamiji. Your Grace brings life. Please show the way for all of us to know the Self as Infinite.

Shiva replies to Parvati: My Goddess, You and I are one. Though only You have ever asked, I'll answer now for everyone.

This song comes from my love for You, so come to me and listen now. Let every word into your heart. You'll get Moksha, I'll show you how.

There is this rare and secret truth, that I will teach about the Self. Guru, Brahman, and You are One, There is just You. There's no one else.

In Heavens, Hells, and here on Earth, awake, asleep, between two breaths, There are so few who know this truth, that, once it's known, ends birth and death.

The Vedas, Shastras, the Puranas, Mantras, Yantras, Smrti too. The Histories and Tantric books, So many books, both old and new.

The Shaiva books, the Shakta books, so many books of secrets all make those who learn without a Guru get confused, and slip, and fall.

All science, all art, and all we know is found now on the Internet. It's in our pockets, on our phones, and most are not enlightened yet.

The rituals, fasting, vows, and chants, long trips to every sacred place, leave those who haven't found their Guru aimless, groundless, lost in space.

Give charity and try to help, Do all you can to fix the world. But if you haven't found your Guru, wheels of life and death still turn.

This is why everyone who knows that Guru and the Self are One, will go to every length to find the Guru who is meant for them.

There really is no way but this. The only way, without a doubt. When you have seen the Guru-state, then you will know. You'll work it out.

Our ignorance conceals the truth. The world hides it in darkest night. The word "Guru" becomes the lamp. You'll see the truth under its light.

All sins will then be swept away, by service at the Guru's feet, You will be Brahman. Highest bliss. Because I care, I tell you this.

Why bathe in every sacred place, With flights, and queues, and weeks of time? A bath at home will work as well, If Guru's feet are on your mind.

One drop of water from His feet, and all your sins evaporate. The flame of knowledge burns inside. Your flight to Moksha won't be late.

One drop of water from His feet is everything you'll ever need. You'll make it to enlightenment. The Guru's powerful indeed.

One drop of water from His feet, the mud of ignorance dries up. It crumbles, and then blows away, Samsara Prison turns to dust.

One drop of water from His feet, the foolish weeds die at the root. The tree of births and deaths dries up, and inner wisdom brings you truth.

One drop of water from His feet, and cravings of the heart will end. Vairagya, true dispassion rises, Births and deaths won't come again.

So eat food from the Guru's plate, and drink the water of His feet. Each moment, keep Him in your mind, and keep His mantra on repeat.

He lives in Varanasi now. The Ganges flowing from His feet. He rules the world of time and space, and He is why we will escape.

He is our God in human form, our only hope, without a doubt. The only pilot brave enough to take us all, and fly us out.

The water from the Guru's feet is every sacred place we love. It's Gayaa's sacred Banyan tree, It's Prayagraj, where rivers come.

So bow down to the Guru's feet. Prostration opens up the heart. Let His grace rise up within us, Sri Sat-Guru, Namo Namaha.

Each moment, think of Guru's form. Each moment, speak the Guru's name. Each moment, do what He has asked, Think of the Guru, every day.

The final truth speaks from His mouth, Only His grace can set you free. Keep Guru in your heart and mind, As close as Parvati keeps me.

Forget the life-goals you once had. Caste, reputation, status too. School, family, monastic vows, drop all the rules, and keep Guru.

When you keep your mind stuck to Him, Moksha comes very easily. Give Guru-worship all you've got. From birth-death orbit, you'll break free.

In all the worlds you'll ever see, all those you meet will all agree Asuras, Devas, Nagas too, Guru-devotion is the key.

The secrets of the universe, The secrets known by very few, Those secrets will be known by you. Learned at the feet of Sat-Guru.

The sound of 'Gu' is darkest night, The sound of 'Ru' is radiant light, Guru is Brahman, have no doubt, His light will kick the darkness out.

'Gu' is the endless, constant change. 'Ru' is what frees you from its pain. The Universe, in Him you'll find, and how to break the chains that bind.

The three traits you will find in Him, Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas too, Yet He resides beyond all three, And He'll help you to get there too.

The Guru-state is best of all, Even the Gods all long for it. Gandharvas in the Heavens worship the Guru's feet, in endless bliss.

Puranas speak of beings that are called the Haahaa, and Huuhuu. They play the music up above. They worship Guru. So should you.

For those who know, no truth is ever higher than the Guru-state. Make sure His needs are always met. Make sure you never hesitate.

Make sure He has a home, a car, a phone, and all he needs to use. And if you want enlightenment, you must then give Him your life, too.

Worship Guru with all your heart, With thoughts, and words, and actions too. Drop to the floor and bow down flat. Don't let your ego bother you.

Your body, senses, breath of life, give everything to Sat-Guru. Give Him your husband or your wife. Give Him your soul. And you'll be new.

Dear Parvati, the human body ends with fire, or things that crawl. Look what the toilet has to flush. What old age looks like, after all.

The smell of decomposing flesh ends all ideas that life will stay. The nightmare might not have come yet, but we're all going there one day.

Nurses and doctors, every day, see just how bad these things can get. Surrender to the Guru-state while all that hasn't happened yet.

The world of change is like a ship that's sinking in the Sea of Hell. But Sat-Guru will get you out, and everybody else as well.

The world's like a Samsara Tree, that dooms all those who dare to climb. Let's all bow to the Sat-Guru, He'll come and get us out in time!

He is Brahma. He is Vishnu He truly is Maheshwara. Guru is just Parabrahma. We bow, Sri Guru. Be with us.

Guru creates, Guru preserves, As Shiva He dissolves the world. God beyond forms, He's That too, Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

He is what brought the worlds to be, The bridge across Samsara Sea, He is the one who sets us free. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

Our ignorance can make us blind, From Guru comes the medicine. He opens eyes to see again. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

You are my mother, father too, You are the only friend I trust. You are the God I love so much. My Dear Guru, I bow to you!

Because of you I'm not alone when all the world abandons me. You free me from Samsara Sea. Your love for me is all I need.

Guru, through you we see the world, each ray of light, each sound and smell. You make us feel the highest bliss. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to this.

Because of You, the planet turns, Because of You, the Sun's light shines. Because of You, our hearts feel love. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

Because of you, the mind can think, yet you remain beyond its reach. In waking, dreaming, and deep sleep, It's only you who hears and sees.

You watch, from every pair of eyes. You see each sight, feel every touch. It's only You who lives each life, Great Sat-Guru, you are our love.

You are the only form that's true The Self in which the worlds exist. The universe is that one Self, Great Sat-Guru, we bow to this.

Your nature is that you're unknown. All who think they know You are wrong. But those who think they don't know You, of course they do, You're everyone.

You are the cause, and the effect. And all that separates the two. You make the world, and yet it's You. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

This universe keeps changing form, And yet, somehow you stay the same. It's all your Play of Consciousness. Great Sat-Guru, we love your play.

Duality is a disease that only Guru's feet can cure. They save from all misfortune too. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

If you've upset Lord Shiva, then the Guru is the one to call. But when it's Guru who's upset Lord Shiva cannot help at all.

Only the Guru's strong enough to make sure you're safe and free. Do all you can to make sure that you can take refuge at his feet.

The Guru's feet, so beautiful show Guru's truth in every life. Guru's left foot is Shakti-red, Guru's right foot is Shiva-white.

The Guru-state itself goes beyond, words, and thought, and day and night. But Guru's feet are found right here, I bow, until my head is near.

The Gunas are three attributes, Sattva pure white, Rajas hot red, Tamas deep black, as we now see. 'Gu' is the truth beyond these three.

Rupa is form we touch and feel, And then, 'Ru' is beyond all that. Go further, beyond 'Gu' and 'Ru', that's where the Guru-state is at.

Without three eyes, He's Shiva, and without four arms, He is Vishnu. Without four faces, He's Brahma. My Goddess, all of that is true.

With just two arms, He holds the world, With just two eyes, He sees it all, With just one face, He made it new. That is the power of Guru.

I bow to Him, with folded palms, He is an ocean full of Grace. The Sat-Guru will rescue us, when we are stranded in this place.

His truest, secret hidden form is known as 'Paramam Rupam'. All those who get to see its light gain for themselves eternal life.

This form, not everyone can see, Just like the blind can't see the sun, So Guru has His usual form, that can be seen by everyone.

Dear Parvati, each day one should worship the Guru's feet with love. Turn towards where the Guru stays. And worship that way, every day.

The nicest flowers, one should bring, the best the markets can supply, So fresh, that bees still buzz around, We all can do it, if we try.

Upon His throne, the Guru sits, The staff of power at His side, The orchestra begins to play, and on the stage, we live our lives.

The Royal Court is present there. Three Natha Gurus soon appear. Ganesha sits, with broken tusk, He wrote Bharata down for us.

Three Seats of Shakti can be seen, The places where Her body fell, The ten Viras and nine Mudras, of course, are present here as well.

Eight Bhairavas are standing guard, The fiercest forms of Shiva known, and Siddhas, the Perfected Ones, are standing all around the throne.

The three Batukas, young and strong, the Guru's feet, both left and right. The sixty-four Yoginis dance so beautifully before the light.

The Messengers stand ready to bring Guru's teachings to the world. The letters of the Alphabet, are there, in line, ready to serve.

The Mantras all present their sound. The other beings, great and true are gathered here, inside of us. My Dear Guru, I bow to you,

The Guru is the only way, Just ask those who do Pranayam. This yoga using breath control is difficult, and can cause harm.

The thousands of techniques we're taught, cause suffering for those who try. The teachers say "no pain, no gain", and yet, they still grow old and die.

The Prana finds its perfect state, when in the grace of Sat-Guru, Just serve your Guru, that's enough. There's nothing else that's asked of us.

When you think of the Sat-Guru, You think of formless Shiva, too. And when you chant the Guru's name, it's Shiva, 'cause both are the same.

A speck of dust from Guru's feet, becomes a bridge across the sea of endless birth and endless death. We worship Him, with every breath.

One who obtains the Guru's Grace, will throw their ignorance away. Soon all their wishes will come true. Great Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

The forest fire of birth and death burns everything that's in its way. But water from the Guru's feet will put it out without delay.

You'll feel the power of His feet, inside your head, up in the crown. Surrounded there by pale moonlight. Within a blooming lotus, white.

Just look within your Crown Chakra, the thousand-petaled lotus there. A triangle made of three parts, Forty-eight letters, Matrika.

One side contains the sixteen vowels, the next two sides, the consonants. Within this form that sound can make look, and you'll find the Guru state.

This triangle is also made, with sides formed from the Ham and Sa. The breath that everybody takes, that's also known as a mantra.

The Guru lives inside this shape. So look. Just once. Go find His form. Cause while these shapes are technical, They show where Moksha has its door.

One glance, and all the worlds are born. One glance, and all things come to form. One glance. The Vedas all are known. One glance. We finally get home.

It takes one glance to set the stage and start the play of hope and fear. It takes one glance to feed the world, to care for all, both far and near.

It takes one glance to understand how wealth can makes us grow desire. It takes one glance to realise, that all leads to the funeral pyre.

One glance, compassion comes like rain. One glance, the garland is arranged. One glance, and time begins to tick, One glance, and we're eternal bliss.

It takes one glance, to wake the snake that's curled up, sleeping, at our root. It takes one glance. Just one short glance, to bring us to the final truth.

It takes one glance, and what's below is met by what is up above. It takes one glance, just one small glance, from Sat-Guru, who we so love.

Dear Sat-Guru, please look at us, It's been so long. We need your light. Dear Sat-Guru, it's like we're dead. But your one glance brings us to life.

When Shiva hears such words as these, He rises from the Guru's chair. Dear Parvati, He turns to say, the heart is speaking. You should hear.

The word 'Guru' is gold, refined, made pure in fire, endlessly. The best mantra. The best of all. The one that makes death cease to be.

The Guru is forever still, and yet He moves, in every way. He seems to be so distant now, yet He's within us, every day.

We met Him, in the world of change, but He's inside us, He's still the same. The day came for Him to depart. He's right here now. Here. In your heart.

I am unborn, the Guru says. I am not old. I am not young. I did not start. I shall not end. I'm by myself. The only one.

I always was. I'll always be. I am the lamp by which you see. I never caught the world-disease. Beyond all passions, I am free.

I am the cause of space and time, of matter, and of energy, The only one who does not move. The stars and planets orbit me.

I'm smaller than a speck of dust. I'm larger than the universe. I'm universal conscious bliss. The day will come, when you know this.

All things that are, exist in me. The very best. The very worst. One day, you will be Me at last. And yet, before you, I came first.

Four ways exist to find the Guru. First there's shrutih, books of truth. Second, just look with your eyes. Search long enough, and you will find.

Third, you can just meet someone, who knows, and teaches about Him. Fourth, just think and use your mind, reason and logic. Give it time.

In truth, there's a fifth way too, the inner-heat that burns in you. Apart from that, there's Guru's grace. Just keep Him in your mind all day.

My wise beloved, I now see that you have reached the Sadhu state. The state beyond the life of those who haven't yet become awake.

The secret I'll now share with you, you're ready now to understand. What is the essence of the Guru. How to taste it deep within.

The Undivided Mandala, The Form infusing everything, All Living beings, and objects too, are all revealed by Sat-Guru.

The Highlights of the Vedas are Like Gems upon the Guru's feet. He makes the Vedic knowledge shine, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

Just like the Lotus flower blooms, The Books of truth all open up, Then knowing comes, like day ends night, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

Wisdom will open up in those who think of their Guru with love, His name, itself, is quite enough, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

The pure, eternal consciousness, The peaceful, stainless, boundless bliss, Beyond the sky, sound, and bindu, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

You are found within everything, All things that move, all that is still, All living beings and earth and sky, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

All the truths that we can understand are like a garland on your neck. You lead us all, from wisdom's seat, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

The worldly pleasures, you can bring, and freedom from all suffering. In time, you'll bring us Moksha too, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

The karma from a million lives will burn up quickly, in your fire. Our ignorance burns that way too, Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

You bring us knowledge of the Self. You free us from our rusted chains, the chains that keep us from what's true. Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

The Guru state is highest state, The Guru's path the highest path, The Guru's knowledge, highest truth. Dear Sat-Guru, we bow to you.

No other yoga can compare, No fasting, silence, heat or cold, Just serve your Guru with true love, That is the way that matters most.

My Guru is the Universe, Guru of all three worlds within, Myself, the Self of everyone. Dear Sat-Guru, I bow to you.

From Guru's Form, we meditate. From Guru's Feet, our worship starts. From Guru's Speech, we get mantra. From Guru's Grace, we get Moksha.

All things begin because of Him, although Himself, He has no start. He is the Highest God of All, Sat-Guru, Namo, Namaha.

The waters of the seven seas, do less than just the smallest drop of water from the Guru's feet. The smallest drop is quite enough.

If you have angered Lord Hari, The God we know as Lord Vishnu, it's all OK. You can relax, Guru will sort it out for you.

But if the Guru is upset, then no one else can help at all. Make sure that Guru's on your side, that He's the one that you can call.

The Guru is the Universe, He's Brahma, Shiva, and Vishnu. There's nothing that compares to Him. So worship Him with love that's true.

All wisdom and all knowing comes to those who worship Him with love. The Guru stands above all else. Just think of Him, and know the Self.

'Not this, not this', the Vedas teach. The Guru stands above all else. He is what is left when all is gone, All thought and speech should worship Him.

Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva all get power from Guru's grace. Their work for Guru is what brings their Godly power to create.

Gods, Kinnara, Nature Spirits, Ancestors, and others too. Even sages, wise from years, do not know how to serve Guru.

Gandharvas sing their song of love, and Caaranas may play their tunes, The Rishis who know everything, still don't know how to serve Guru.

Our Learning, strength, and discipline, makes ego grow and lets pride in. Then we all turn upon the wheel of birth, and death, and birth again.

Hey DJ, spin the next-life record, every time it sounds the same. We are trapped, like in a whirlpool, spinning on the wheel of change.

We run hard, like any hamster, and the wheel just turns and turns. Birth and death and birth and death, but somehow, we just never learn.

Gods, Kinnara, Nature Spirits, Sages, Siddhas, every day. Each one tries to serve the Guru, but their faces turn away.

We're all stuck within the loop, as we turn round, and round, and round. Then one day, when we drop the ego, it stops turning, we get out.

Parvati, my dearest Goddess, Listen now, so all will hear. Meditation on the Guru makes eternal bliss appear.

All worldly pleasures come to us, Great happiness, our dreams come true. And what comes next is best of all. Moksha will come for me and you.

I think of Guru as Brahman. I speak of Guru as Brahman. I bow to Guru as Brahman. I worship Guru as Brahman.

Guru is Brahman - Absolute. He's Para-Brahman, Beyond form. Sat, Chit, Ananda. Guru is the ever-present conscious bliss.

He brings us total happiness, He is the form of highest Truth, He brings Ananda, as Brahman, Bliss coming from the Absolute.

Beyond the pairs of opposites, He lives outside duality. He is the taste of 'You are That', and why the open sky feels free.

He is the goal we work towards, the reason we do what we do. Eternal. Pure. Unshakeable. The witness that resides in you.

He is beyond those feelings that give human life its ups and downs. He stays still, in the center point, while all else moves, and turns around.

He is beyond the qualities, Black, Red, and White, the Gunas, three. He sees all form that can be seen, yet He has none, and He is free.

He is the one, in human form, whose mind is made only of this. He found the way. He shows us how, To Sri Guru, let us all bow.

Eternal, stainless, conscious bliss, That's always present and awake. Beyond forms and appearances, I bow to This. The Guru-state.

Go deep, with the Heart Chakra. You'll find the Lotus flower's core. Inside it, on the Lion's Throne, The Guru sits, in God-like form.

He shines, just like a crescent moon. He holds the Book of Consciousness. Go meet Him there. He'll give a gift to all who meditate on this.

His pure white robes have pearls and flowers. On His left lap, Goddess sits. Guru's smile lights up the space. Look in His eyes, such love and grace.

His form is bliss. The source of bliss. He is the knowledge of the Self. He brings true happiness and peace, think of Him and forget all else.

He is the Lord of Yogis, and the cure for endless-change disease. He'll wake us up, and make us free. I bow to Him. Eternally.

Guru creates the world of form. Guru sustains it, all the time. Guru dissolves it, in the end, Guru controls all that's inside.

The nature of this world is only known because of Guru's Grace. I bow to that beloved Guru, Master of all time and space.

Every morning, when we rise from sleep, on Guru, we should meditate. Look in the centre of your crown, in the white lotus, He is found.

Make sure to do this, every day, Start always with the Guru's name. He sits, serene, His eyes on you, He will bless you, and bring you truth.

From Shiva's words we know the truth, No one is greater than Guru.

From Shiva's words we know the truth, No one is greater than Guru.

From Shiva's words we know the truth, No one is greater than Guru.

From Shiva's words we know the truth, No one is greater than Guru.

Shiva wrote this Guru Geeta. In truth, he is the only one. Shiva and the Guru are one. Shiva, within you, hears this song.

Shiva declares this song as true. Shiva declares this song as true. Shiva declares this song as true. Shiva declares this song as true.

And now, Shiva has sealed these words Just as you hear them. You. Yes, You. Soon, you will get enlightenment. And on the way, all dreams come true.

For all who meditate like this, Love rising in mind and heart, The Guru's Grace comes very soon, And with it, knowledge and Moksha.

Those who dare to let themselves think Moksha is already here. Whether they are right or not, With Guru's grace it will appear.

To purify your mind and heart, follow the path your Guru set. All nonsense will then fall away, and what remains is your true Self.

The outside is inside You too. All things are You, like in a dream. The only path to final truth is knowing you are what you see.

Each thing You touch, each person too is actually part of yourself. There's nothing that's outside of You. You are the whole. There's no one else.

The one who sees, and what they see, in truth, both of these things are one. The moment that you realise, that's when you know Moksha has come.

Dear Goddess, those who know the truth must speak of Guru with respect. 'Cause those who lack devotion will go bankrupt from their Karmic debt.

There are so many faiths that speak of somewhere that they all call Hell. Yet no place can be quite as bad as what such fools bring on themselves.

As long as sunrise starts the day, and there's a moon at night, All those who slander Guru will find Hell on Earth, life after life.

Remember Guru, with great love, until the stars no longer shine, until the universe goes cold, until the very end of time.

Do not ever forget Guru, Even if He starts acting strange, Even if He sends you away. Even when all has been attained.

Those who are wise will never speak to their Guru with disrespect. They'll never scoff, or tell a lie, or show a sign of discontent.

Yet those whose egos can't be wrong, who scoff, or mock, or argue back, will end up in a burnt-out world, thirsting for all that they now lack.

The Puranas tell us about these demons of an awful type. They're called Brahma Rakshasa and, you really wouldn't like their life.

They live inside this desert hell, so thirsty, yet they cannot drink. They're proof that brains win arguments but cannot show you what to think.

Dear Parvati, Guru protects from what's below and what's above. No Gods or demons can bring harm to anyone the Guru loves.

When time has come to leave this world, a devotee should have no fear. Their flight was booked well in advance, a first-class seat, on Guru Air.

But those who've earned the Guru's curse Cannot be helped by anyone. No God. No Sage. No miracle. They face their doom. Their end will come.

Dear Parvati, the word 'Guru' rules all the mantras, as their king. Two syllables of endless power. Immortal. Perfect. Everything.

Read Smriti and the Vedas, and you'll realise that's what they teach. The Guru state is ultimate. There's no higher reality.

If, in our time, some Monks and Nuns have never learnt to read the texts, that's all okay as long as they serve Guru with their every breath.

Even if they can't chant that well. Even if they make some mistakes. Even if they wear jeans and t-shirts, they are real. The rest are fake.

One who has learnt, and wears the robes, but does not serve the Guru well, is just an actor in strange clothes, they play the part, but time will tell.

The way a lamp can light a lamp, the Guru wakes the Self in you. That real Self is the highest Self, beyond all forms and attributes.

The Self, that we know as Brahman, Guru will wake, beyond the mind. Eternal, unseen, and yet present within all of space and time.

This joyful, perfect, highest Self is seen only with Guru's Grace. It can be reached through just one path. The Guru's way. The only way.

The Self that we know as Brahman. That's present in each blade of grass. In every car that's on the road, In each and every one of us.

The Guru is this higher Self. Right Now. Right Here. In everything. The stillness that makes all else move. The Universe. I bow to Him.

I bow to Sat Chit Ananda. The All-pervading Conscious Bliss. Beyond distinctions, ever-lasting, That is what the Guru is.

Eternal, perfect, and complete. Beyond all forms and attributes. He's present always as the self. Great Sat-Guru, I bow to You.

Guru is higher than highest, and beyond all that's beyond. He always brings the sweetest bliss that just goes on and on and on.

So look for Him in your Heart Chakra, shining, like a crystal there. Centred upon the open space. On His form, always meditate.

Just like reflections in a mirror, Self is seen by consciousness. So look inside and see the 'So Hum' I am That. Eternal bliss.

My Dear Parvati, please listen. As I now will pass to you the key. Look deep inside for what I tell you. This secret will make you free.

There is a thumb-sized conscious person that you will find within the heart. This person is the One to look for, see what feelings then will start.

The Self, that we know as Brahman cannot be reached by force of mind. If we reach out with feet and hands, we'll find there's nothing there to find.

No form our eyes can look for, and no name that any mouth can speak. Nothing that we can hear, or touch, or taste, or smell, or try to see.

In truth, our nature isn't even coming from the world of change. My Parvati, it's something else, that birth and death can never stain.

Camphor flowers, by their nature have a fragrance you can't miss. All fire by its nature burns, all ice will freeze. That's what it is.

Brahman is, by His own nature always present, always there. From this nature we can know the Self, eternal, everywhere.

The one who meditates becomes the form they like to keep in mind. This is how any caterpillar turns into a butterfly.

So meditate upon the Guru, and become the Absolute. When you are certain 'You Are That', you'll realise the final truth.

The one who knows the Self that way can live wherever they might be. What happens inside is forever. You will totally be free.

Meditate upon the Guru, and you'll know Self as Brahman. Freedom will arise in you, as Piṇḍa, Pada, and Rūpa.

'My Dear Shiva', asks Parvati 'My darling, please explain to me, This Piṇḍa, Pada, and Rūpa, and what is there beyond all three?'

Lord Shiva shifts on his seat, as from his hair, the river flows. 'My dear, beloved, perfect Goddess, let me share all that I know.'

Piṇḍa is Kuṇḍalinī Shakti She is coiled there, like a snake. Sitting in base chakra, ready, waiting, longing to awake.

Pada is the Ham Sah mantra, that just happens, when you breathe. Everyone recites this mantra. One day, it will make them free.

Rūpa is the Bindu point, that looks like a blue pearl of light. Once it's seen, beloved Goddess, inner worlds will come to life.

Beyond these three, Parabrahman is pure, and stainless, infinite. The truth that is beyond all forms, beyond the shape of every life.

Free in Piṇḍa, Free in Pada, Free in Rūpa evermore. Those who know Parabrahman are truly free, you can be sure.

Having answered, Shiva turns towards His Goddess, Parvati. Dear Beloved, all who heard this will get Moksha. Wait and see.'

Seeing the outside as inside, Knowing all that is your Self, You who now are hearing this, It's time to Wake! There's no one else!

Guru Geeta you've been reading, you're the one who wrote it too. Great Lord Shiva, and his Goddess are right here in you. As You.

Svayaṃ Sarva-Mayah Bhūtvā, Being Self as all that is, Paraṃ Tattvaṃ Vilokayet, Highest fact is: You Are This.

Parāt Parataraṃ Nānyat, Above that, there's nothing else, Sarvam Etat Nirālayam. It's all in You. As your Self.

I who wrote this. You who read it there are not two people here. You look out of many eyes, with many ears, it's You who hears.

All the hearts of all the billions, those are your hearts, beating now. All the cars on every road, are driven all by you, somehow.

Guru is inside your body, and the Guru outside, too. When you touch the Guru's feet, the one whose feet you touch is You.

It is time now, you can do it, let the walls inside just break. You can bring it in an instant, Moksha's here for you to take.

When you get this, you'll have freedom, All attachments will dissolve. You will know the true alone-state, All the problems will be solved.

Peace will come, the wheel stops turning, all because of Guru's grace. You will be free from desire, Always new, fresh, and awake.

Whether you have much or little, you'll enjoy all that you have. Even if you don't have much, you'll be okay with all of that.

Always free from all desire you'll enjoy what's there with you. You will never suffer from the things you cannot see or do.

Those who are awake describe this beautiful, all-knowing state. Fresh and new, with peace and joy, and bliss that comes to you and stays.

No matter where you might be, or what this moment needs of you. All you see is now inside you. Everything is fresh and new.

One who feels this all the time has truly reached the Moksha state. Anywhere they live becomes a sacred land, a holy place.

Goddess, you now can see all the qualities of one like this. One who, having woken up, is all-pervasive conscious bliss.

Goddess, this completes my teaching of the path of Sat-Guru. Love your Guru, meditate, and all of this will come to you.

My Wise Goddess, there are many powers that this teaching gives. Powers that can help the world, and help the people here to live.

Always know that all such power must be used responsibly. Don't become the safety lecture other people have to read.

Never use these powers to chase after fame, or worldly things. All of that will disappear. It never helps with anything.

Use your strength, help those you care for, make sure you don't get attached. Cause if you start making karma you'll keep coming back, and back.

Worldly actions keep the foolish trapped here, in the world of change. Those who have some wisdom act without expecting any gain.

Expectations make, with karma, all the chains that bind us here. Never act with expectations, and those chains will disappear.

Guru Geeta brings its fruit to all who hear its words with love. Share online, tell everyone, and all that's beautiful will come.

Dearest Goddess, Guru Geeta cures the births-and-deaths disease. Made from the purest truth of all. A dose each day will make you free.

Guru Geeta's every letter's more than sixteen times as strong as any mantra you can learn. It's truly king of all of them.

Chant the Guru Geeta daily, all your sins get swept away. Any type of poverty will turn into a fading memory.

Guru Geeta ends the fear of growing old and even death. Tigers, spirits, thieves and crime no longer leave you short of breath.

You'll get healthy, grow in strength, and might gain mystic powers too. You'll enchant and influence. Chant daily, and that could be you.

When you chant the Guru Geeta, Choose what you will sit upon. Wrong seats can bring bad results, but right seats will help anyone.

Seats of cloth bring poverty, and Seats of stone make you unwell. Bare earth brings unhappiness. And wooden seats won't work at all.

Be assured that knowledge comes when chanting on a black deerskin. Sit upon a tiger's pelt, you'll get Moksha - enlightenment.

Knowledge also comes if you chant on a seat of kusha grass. And if you really want success, a woollen blanket works the best.

On Kusha grass, or Durva grass, place a white blanket of pure wool. Chant on this seat, with total focus, everything will come to you.

A seat of white will bring you peace. A seat of red, you will command. A black seat strikes your enemies. Use yellow, if it's wealth you want.

Face North, if you desire peace. Face South, and enemies will die. Face East, if power's what you want. Face West, for what money can buy.

With Guru Geeta, you can charm. It frees you from all bondage too. God Indra will adore you, and the power to lead will come to you.

Your enemies will freeze in place, Good will rise in you, like the sun. Bad Karma won't come back for you, your good deeds will help everyone.

Your task list will soon be completed. Bad dreams will end. Good dreams come true. You need not fear astrology, the planets will be kind to you.

The childless woman will give birth. Her husband's love will never leave. He'll be there for all of her life, A widow, she will never be.

Peace will arise, in every way, in marriage, and throughout the world. Good fortune will soon come and stay, once Guru Geeta has been heard.

The Guru Geeta brings long life, and health, and wealth, and children too. For widows, free of all desire, Moksha will come. The final truth.

A widow who still wants this world, of course she will take birth again. But she won't be a widow, next time. No more curse of suffering.

The Guru Geeta takes our pain, and brings us what we want the most. Our Dharma. Purpose in this world. Our Artha. Wealth, financial worth.

Our Kama, pleasure we all crave. But wait. There's one thing worth much more. Moksha. The true enlightenment. The one thing we all came here for.

Good things will come to those who chant the Guru Geeta every day. The wonders that I talk about, will all, in time, just come and stay.

It is the wish-fulfilling cow. It is the wish-fulfilling tree. The wish-fulfilling gem - that too. This song will make your dreams come true.

If you chant, wanting worldly things, in time you will get what you want. But if you chant without desire, you will attain enlightenment.

If you want out of Samsara, the Guru Geeta is the way. So make its words your protest chant, and chant it, till the walls all break.

Whether one worships Shakti, Shiva, Vishnu, Ganesh, or the Sun, My Goddess, chanting Guru Geeta brings its power to everyone.

I know this from experience. I know it's true without a doubt. You only need to try, yourself, and you'll know too. You will find out.

For those who still desire the world, it's best to chant it by the sea, or sitting at the river's edge, or in a temple built for me.

Or Shakti temples, Vishnu temples, any place that is divine, will also work, dear Parvati since all of us are truly one.

A cowshed, or a banyan tree, a tulsi grove or dhatri tree. Or if that's where the heart is called, an ashram or a monastery.

In any place that's pure and clean, where you can chant, day after day. Chant Guru Geeta silently, and let the world be turned away.

Chant at the cremation ground, the cemetery, where bodies burn. That place, where we will all end up, when our time comes to leave this world.

Or if you're bad with scary places, other options will work too. Sit under a banyan tree, surrounded by its many roots.

A mango tree will work, or a datura bush will work well too. Find the place, somehow you'll sense that here, the power comes to you.

A Guru's true disciple is best, even if he's not that smart. All his actions will succeed, the Guru's grace will play its part.

Deeksha, the great initiation, all vows and austerities. All things he does work out somehow, the Guru's power will succeed.

Only one that Guru loves will see success upon the path. Your own willpower, your own brainpower do not really play a part.

Guru Geeta's like a river, that washes your dirt away. One who's been stained by Samsara only needs to bathe each day.

If this world has made you dirty, left you feeling less than fresh, bathe each day in Guru Geeta, stain removal at its best.

Birth and death will end for you. That truth comes with a guarantee. Bathe each day in Guru Geeta, you'll be clean, and you'll be free.

The Sat-Guru's true disciple will, in time, become Guru. He will know the Self as Brahman. No one else can reach what's true.

Any place where this disciple lives, we know that place is pure. Guru's presence makes it sacred. Of this truth, you can be sure.

All the Gods and Goddesses will settle there, not up above. Guru's presence draws them there, to feel the warmth of Guru's love.

Guru is pure by His nature, sacred by just what He is. Guru knows the Self as Brahman, eternally conscious bliss.

Standing up or sitting down, driving a car, or walking 'round, Even when you are asleep, think of Guru constantly.

On every plane, or ship or train, Think always of the Guru's name. Whenever you may write or speak, keep your mind on the Guru's feet.

If you can meet someone who chants the Guru Geeta constantly, You'll find the practice is contagious. Karma ends, and you'll be free.

The fable of Medusa says Her slightest glance turns men to stone. Just once, see what the Guru is. Samsara ends, and you'll get home.

One who reads the Guru Geeta, says its words with every breath, that auspicious, holy person can free you from birth and death.

Raindrops end up in the ocean, and their essence stays the same. Milk in labelled plastic cartons still is what the cow has made.

Coffee cups can drop and break. The space will merge, inside and out. Self inside you and the true Self are the same, without a doubt.

There's no difference at all, just like the ghee is made of ghee. Understand and in that instant, you will know, and you'll be free.

Self inside you, Self outside you, the outside is inside too. Understand, and in that instant 'I' dissolves in final truth.

The soul present in each person is the one true consciousness. Knowledge breaks the separation, leaving endless joy and bliss.

Right now, in this very instant, if you dare to look and see, you will work out what you are, forever blissful, always free.

Realising this forever, one will find endless delight. It is present everywhere, in every day, and every night.

One who has awakened fully lives like this, dear Parvati. In abundance, liberated, from their lips, Saraswati.

Moksha of course will be there, and worldly pleasures, day and night. Our Goddess of art and knowledge will make sure all words land right.

One who stays with such a person, devoted, with open heart, will find this is contagious, or was there, right from the start.

Do not doubt that this will happen, try yourself and you'll be sure. Samsara is a disease, and Guru Geeta is the cure.

Chanting Guru Geeta will cause every being to attain. Powers. Pleasure. Liberation. Freedom from the world of change.

Of all truths, this truth is truest, perfect knowledge I've revealed. There's nothing like Guru Geeta, that's the truth, dear Parvati.

Concentrate on one religion, one God and just one Guru. No austerity is higher, Focus, and you'll find what's true.

There's no truth above your Guru, nothing higher can exist. Think about it, for a moment, endless consciousness and bliss.

A true devotee brings blessings to their entire family. Blessed is that devotee's mother, father, and all ancestry.

The whole earth is blessed, in fact, by one like this, my Parvati. Such devotion is so rare, but somewhere, sometime, it can be.

Guru exists as your body, as your senses, as your breath. All those things are only Guru. He's your family and wealth.

He is Mother. He is Father. He is God, and He is Friend. He's the one that you should worship. He's what matters, in the end.

Millions of lifetimes pass, with mantras, vows, austerity. It all ends up in the bank. You can't withdraw, till He is pleased.

Those who do not serve the Guru cannot get to where they want. They are the unlucky ones, their births and deaths go on and on.

No amount of fasting, chanting, rituals, austerity, Nothing can replace the Guru Without Him, you can't get free.

That's the truth dear Parvati, certain as each day and night. Best to love and serve the Guru. There's no other way that's right.

Talent comes from Guru's essence, every skill we have inside. Guru's grace makes everything. Because of Him, birds learn to fly.

Ancestors, and all great beings get their power from Him too. Kinnara and nature-spirits sing and dance for Sat-Guru.

Our texts talk of many beings, in so many different worlds. Guru makes them what they are, so beautiful and so diverse.

Every God and Goddess gets their power from the Guru's Grace. He's Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. He is all of time and space.

Visiting the Sat-Guru is worth the time the trip will take. Ancient temples, holy places, in the end, won't change your fate.

All their power, put together fits in Guru's right big toe. He's the way out of Samsara, He's the one who gets us home.

Visit every holy place, And you'll earn frequent flier points. Open your heart to the Guru, You'll get Moksha, that's the point.

Stay away from toxic places, avoid mean behaviour too. Just recite the Guru Geeta, all good things will come to you.

Guru Geeta, when repeated, brings the reader endless fruit. You will get the things you want, and then Moksha, the final truth.

Don't sit on a seat that's wrong when chanting this great song of love. Otherwise the words may sound nice, but they will not bring results.

The Sat-Guru's true disciples must succeed in what they do. All their efforts will work out, and all their dreams, in time, come true.

On a journey, in a battle, facing threats from enemies, chant the Guru Geeta, always. It will bring you victory.

Later, when the body's dying, senses failing, one by one, chant the Guru Geeta, knowing no more births need ever come.

Dear beloved Parvati, please keep this Geeta guarded well. I have told you, 'cause I love you. Keep its secrets to yourself.

Darling, please don't tell our children, Ganesh and Kartikeya. Even Vishnu should not know. We should keep this song just for us.

Dear, beloved Parvati, don't even tell them in your mind. Truly, truly make this song be something that's just yours and mine.

Precious, dear, beloved Goddess, truly, you and I are one. This may be our secret song, yet those who need it soon will come.

Only share this Guru Geeta with those ready for its truth. Dearest one, you hear this now, It's time. You're ready. That means You.

Do not share this song with cynics, those who cheat, and those who scheme. Those whose hearts are cold aren't ready, they can look but never see.

Atheists may never open to what they can't measure yet. They may scoff, and laugh out loud, yet their laugh has no happiness.

Hypocrites can wear nice robes, and sit upon a Guru's chair. This will not help anyone, if Guru, inside, isn't there.

When you face someone like this, don't share this song, even in thought. Even if they're very rich, the Guru Geeta can't be bought.

Samsara is an boundless ocean, endless waves of birth and death. In its midst, our ship is sinking, water rising to the deck.

Only one mantra can save us, as the deck begins to sway. All glories to Guru Geeta, that is how we'll all be saved!

Even Brahma and the sages, worship this song, every day. Gods worship the Guru Geeta, we all should not hesitate.

There is no disease as awful as this chronic world of change. Guru Geeta is the cure that ends all poverty and pain.

All glories to Guru Geeta, Kneel before the Mantra-King! It's the one mantra whose power will end all our suffering.

There is only one way out of endless change, one way I know. Devotees, your flight is boarding. Sat-Guru will get you home.

No verse contains that search. Try another word or clear the search.
